I. COD OPTIONS
1. Process within 6 working hours: Customers will receive COD payment within 6 working hours from the time of successful delivery.
2. Process in 1 working day (24-hours): Customers will receive COD payment within 24-hours from the time of successful delivery (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).
3. Process 3 times a week on Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday.
Monday: Customers will receive COD payment for all successful deliveries as of 11:00 AM on Monday.
Wednesday: Customers will receive COD payment for all successful deliveries as of 11:00 AM on Wednesday.
Friday: Customers will receive COD payment for all successful delivery orders as of 11:00 AM on Friday.
4. Process once a week on Friday: Customers will receive COD payment for all successful delivery orders as of 11:00 PM on Friday.
5. Process twice a month on the 15th and the last day of the month:
The 15th: Customers will receive COD payment for all successful delivery orders as of 11:00 AM on the 15th.
Last day of the month: Customers will receive COD payment for all successful delivery orders as of 11:00 PM on the last day of the month.
Note: If the 15th and the last days of the month are holidays (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), the payment deadline will be the next business day.
6. Process once a month at the end of the month: Customers will receive COD payment for all successful delivery orders as of 11:00 PM at the end of the month.
Note: If the end of the month falls on holidays (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), the payment deadline will be the next business day.
II. HOW TO SELECT COD PAYMENT METHOD
To use the new NTX COD payment method, the Client takes the following steps:
Step 1: Register an account on BO by link: https://online.ntx.com.vn/login
Step 2: Go to Account Settings, then COD Payment method and select the payment method that Customers want to sign up for.
Step 3: Select Apply to complete the selection.
III. CHECK THE STATEMENT
When NTX processes the COD, the COD payment process statement will be displayed under the COD Payment Statement. In this section, payment statuses include:
Paid: The statement has been successfully paid with a display of the COD amount, deducting the charge and receiving it.
Waiting for payment: The unpaid statement with the COD amount, deducting the charge and receiving.
The filtering tool allows customers to count data by each state and can select Export details to see COD statement details.
Note: When the Customer changes the COD payment method.
· The bill of lading will apply according to the old COD payment method.
· Bills of lading that are not yet listed will be applied according to the changed COD payment method.
